Located in the northernmost part of central China’s Henan Province, An'yang is a very old city with an extremely splendid culture. It is known as one of the key birthplaces of Chinese ancient culture. It is also the birthplace of the Chinese character set - the earliest Chinese writing scripts carved on tortoise shells and animal scapulas known as Oracle bone inscriptions are mainly found in this region.
